About the opportunity The M365 Platform Support Lead is responsible for leading the team which supports the M365 Platform, including the coordination of external vendors. The role is required to ensure the efficient function of the M365 platform, including the management of ongoing Microsoft functionality updates into the operational environment. The M365 Platform Support Lead is responsible for ensuring consistent M365 practices are applied across the platform and support landscape, including proactively identifying and driving service improvements, resolving problems, and ensuring changes are implemented effectively.
Key Role objectives Lead and contribute to continuous improvement within the Platform & Collaboration team. Advise the business on M365 platform solutions. Provide tech leadership to the applications support team. Responsible for M365 Platform's support and maintenance, including staff, activities, and applications. Ensure support coverage aligns with business needs and meets agreed SLAs. Resolve application incidents and requests in line with SLAs, working closely with end users. Ensure security policies are adhered to and escalation processes are in place for all applications. Stay updated with business developments and requirements impacting IT services. Mentor staff in system expertise to ensure service continuity. Essential Role Requirements Degree in IT or the related disciplines and/or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through experience. Current Driver's License (Car).
