Join an ICT Transition Program aimed at advancing ICT infrastructure, services, and cybersecurity. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead technical conversations and collaborate with a diverse team to shape M365 solutions aligned with Australian Government standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct discovery and design exercises for M365 solutions in both hybrid and cloud-only environments.Lead technical discussions, provide complex deployment guidance, and assist with M365 features.Automate processes through Infrastructure as Code solutions and create detailed technical documentation.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including business, technology, and external suppliers.Qualifications and ExperienceProven expertise in M365 solutions, particularly for large-scale or government environments.Proficient with M365 products such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Security Centre.Strong experience in developing detailed designs, documentation, and standard operating procedures.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.How to ApplyIf this role sounds perfect for you, please contact Caleb Brown on and send through your CV by following the link below.
