Job Description: The LV Fitter's core focus is to provide quality and timely preventative maintenance and repairs of light vehicle equipment as required to ensure operational targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.
This role will be offered on a FIFO or DIDO 2/2 Roster based at our Darlot Gold Mine Operation.
Point of hire: PERTH, WA Key responsibilities will include: Ensure that the light vehicle fleet and associated infrastructure are adequately maintained for optimal performance for maximum availability.
Adhere to safe work practices in compliance with relevant legislation and Vault Minerals policies.
Complete work orders and record maintenance history to provide relevant reports to management.
Run and analyse diagnostic tests on vehicles.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Key factors to your success include: Trade qualifications - Light Vehicle Mechanic (Australian recognised) Extensive knowledge of maintenance technologies and equipment Ability to work in both workshop and underground environments.
