Your Role: Luxury Retail Security Officer As a Luxury Retail Security Officer with Challenger Security, you will:
Be the Face of Luxury: Make customers feel safe and welcome and be part of their superior shopping experience.
Safety First: Maintain a secure environment for both staff and customers, ensuring their well-being.
Vigilant Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on retail operations, deter any suspicious activities, and respond promptly to incidents.
Informative Reporting: Provide detailed insights to senior management regarding potential and actual threats to the business.
Team Player: Collaborate within a highly successful team environment.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:
Current VIC Private Security Individual Licence (Crowd Controller and Security Guard).
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
Police Check (Issued within the last 60 days).
Impeccable Presentation and Grooming Standards.
Strong Interpersonal and Report-Writing Skills.
Physical fitness to fulfill duties / able to stand for long periods.
A Friendly and Welcoming Customer Focused Attitude with Strong Observational Skills.
