Where you'll shine: As Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the marketing function to ensure the team meets their goals.
This is a varied position that supports all areas of marketing including assisting with newsletters, social media, website communication, events, advertising and PR.
What your day might look like: Managing the day-to-day posting across all social media channels Managing and facilitating social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing relationships online Supporting the Content Creator with imagery and design of newsletters Creating images and short videos to post on social media platforms Monitoring and developing reports on competitor activity across all social media platforms Analysing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for improvement Keeping up to date with industry trends and any emerging technologies Managing production of adverts and updating the relevant advertising tracker Managing clippings and printed adverts Updating press lists and nurturing relationships with publications and journalists Supporting the Sales and Marketing Executive with admin and other tasks to ensure effective implementation of any trade shows, networking events and exhibitions.
Helping with the preparation and breakdown for any events Assisting the team with any admin as required About You: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising or other relevant qualification.
Alternatively work experience within the marketing field Have a creative mind set and an eye for design Thrives at building relationships both internally and externally Highly organised Efficient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word Interest and ability in analysing data and metrics to ensure continuous improvement Previous experience using Adobe creative suite, software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design & Lightroom is a benefit Further qualifications in a business related field is an advantage.
