With the majority of our sales driven by our flagship store in the heart of Collingwood, Melbourne, we are now focused on expanding our presence both nationally and internationally.We're seeking a dynamic Luxury Client Experience & Sales Manager to join us and help drive this exciting next phase of growth.ResponsibilitiesA Luxury Client Experience and Sales Manager combines client relationship management, high-end sales, jewellery design skills and a specialised knowledge of gemstones.
This role focuses on delivering a personalised, knowledgeable, and luxurious experience for clients interested in fine jewellery and precious stones, enhancing the brand's reputation while driving sales.To provide outstanding client experience in store and through long term connection and relationships.Designing bespoke luxury jewellery pieces that align with Black Finch's brand identity, while ensuring the designs meet customer preferences, market trends, and sales requirements.Capturing the details of the design process with clients that ensures the production team can execute the role using data technology and programs.Coordinating with production teams to ensure the production team understands and meets designs related to discussions.Managing staff and collaborating with internal teams to foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and performance, balancing artistic vision with operational efficiency to support organisational goals.Maximising the sales price based on custom jewellery the minimum margin set by the business.QualificationsQualifications in Jewellery Design or Gold Smithing We'd prefer additional experience or a tertiary education in Gemmology· 5 years + experience in jewellery design and/or gemstone valuations · 2+ years in Luxury Client Experience or Sales· 2+ years in Staff Management
