Project description
Support one of the top Australian banks as they seek to modernize their customer entitlements platform for Identity and Access Management. You will be working on the latest technologies to keep this organization leading the pack, working closely with business stakeholders with an agile, engineering-first approach.
Responsibilities
As a full stack developer, you will be working within a team in charge of the front-end services integrating with the existing platforms. You will be participating in a larger program for customer entitlement working on the front-end UI. SKILLS
Must have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT discipline 4-8 years of total working experience with at least 1 year in an enterprise level organization/sizable development team Experience in Banking projects Self-starter with a passion for designing, building, influencing, and testing quality solutions Strong in Java, Full stack (including Node.js, SQL, GraphDB, GraphQL) Strong cloud experience - AWS preferred An automation-first mindset, including deep experience of CI/CD Demonstrated knowledge of microservices and REST API Integration Strong problem-solving capabilities Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs Collaborator & Excellent communicator. Contributes to the ongoing development of colleagues. Willingness to provide and receive feedback constructively Collaborate across time zones via documents and frequent videoconferences Excellent debugging and optimization skills Experience in unit/integration and non-functional testing Experience with complex data structures and semi-structured data (JSON, XML) Source code control, build and deployment tools (CI/CD) e.g., deep exposure to GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus deploy Nice to have
Streaming/Messaging (e.g., Kafka, MQ) Experience establishing/maintaining observability stack (e.g., Splunk, AppD, Grafana) AWS Certified Kubernetes #J-18808-Ljbffr
