Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at Luton Properties in Canberra.
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, liaising with tenants, conducting property inspections, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
Additionally, the Property Manager will be involved in the marketing and promotion of available properties.
