We're seeking a Technology Team Lead to join our team on a full time basis.
As a Technology Team Lead at Lumination, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our cutting-edge technology.
You will manage the day to day operations of the technology team, drive strategic IT initiatives, and execute on Lumination's immersive technology projects.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in fostering a collaborative team culture, managing key customer relationships, and delivering exceptional technical solutions.
With a focus on empowering both our team and clients through innovative tools and strategies, this position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our organisation's success and growth.
A day on the job will see you: Leading and managing the technology team, providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services Managing customer support team members to achieve Lumination's Service Level Agreements and team KPIs Handling complex customer escalations Fostering a collaborative and efficient technology team culture, promoting continuous improvement and innovation Developing and implementing IT strategies, policies and procedures to align with the organisation's goals Overseeing the planning, implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems and applications Identifying and addressing IT-related risks, issues and opportunities to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation's IT environment Continuous improvement of Lumination's cyber risk and security posture, as per customer and internal assessments Developing configuration guides for new product upgrades and features Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend appropriate solutions Product research and development.
Design, scope, test and develop new technology hardware and software solutions Maintaining and implementing cyber security and governance initiatives appropriate to the business level Maintaining security of internal and client-facing networks, including remediation action when necessary To impress us you'll need... A proven track record in managing and leading a high-performing IT team Strong knowledge of current technology trends and their relevance to organisational objectives Excellent technical expertise and understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and applications Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in managing multi channel support across email, chat and phone Experience with managing CRM platforms and ticketing systems is essential Strong technological aptitude to manage spreadsheets, documents, and collaborative online platforms Previous experience working in a team-oriented and cross-departmental environment Previous experience with technical troubleshooting Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills Commitment to continuous improvement and a deep understanding of best practices in IT service delivery Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field AV experience will be looked upon favourably A current driver's licence is essential to undertake travel to fulfil the requirements of this position.
