This influential role offers the opportunity to shape CS Energy's culture and strategic direction while driving transformative initiatives across the business. In this dynamic position, you will:Champion a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence while ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering continuous improvement.Drive initiatives that enhance leadership capability, talent management, and workforce transformation to align with strategic goals.Lead the Transformation Office and Business Improvement functions to identify and deliver organisational transformation and improvement opportunities.Execute workforce strategies, including training, succession planning, and fostering diversity across the business.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including unions, regulators, and government representatives, to achieve impactful outcomes.You will play a pivotal role in embedding a collaborative and high-performing culture while delivering outcomes aligned with the enterprise strategy.About YouWe are looking for a seasoned senior executive with experience in energy or asset-intensive industries, and proven success in leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams. You will have a strong track record in culture transformation, enhancing employee engagement, and improving safety culture, paired with exceptional communication and change management skills. These qualities will enable you to drive meaningful, positive change across the organisation. This is a highly strategic role, where your ability to align initiatives with broader corporate objectives will be a significant advantage.You will bring extensive experience in industrial relations within unionised environments, along with in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
