JOB DESCRIPTION LTSA Service Coordinator e-STORAGE is a subsidiary of Canadian Solar and a leading company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and integration of battery energy storage systems for utility-scale applications.
The Company offers its own proprietary LFP battery solution, comprehensive EPC services, and innovative solutions aimed at improving grid operations, integrating clean energy, and contributing to a sustainable future.
e-STORAGE has successfully implemented over 3.3 GWh DC of battery energy storage solutions in various locations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and China.
Currently, the Company operates two fully automated, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with an annual production capacity of approaching 20 GWh.
e-STORAGE is fully equipped to continue providing high-quality, scalable energy storage solutions and contribute to the widespread adoption of clean energy.
Position Title: LTSA Service Coordinator Department: Project Implementation Entity: CS e-STORAGE Reports To: Sr.
Service Manager Location: South Australia/Victoria Position Summary: The LTSA Service Coordinator will assist the LTSA Service Managers with all service operations performance metrics and reporting requirements.
This role primarily focuses on the commercial support area of the service business, with strong expertise in operational data analysis of service activities.
Responsibilities include contract management, warranty handling support, and tracking various areas of the service business.
Expertise in visual presentation of complex data sets from various sources is required.
Knowledge of energy storage systems and renewable energy industry operations would be an asset.
Responsibilities: Assist LTSA Service Managers in developing project/daily plans, associated communication documents, management of trackers, and related activities.
Track schedules against actual performance, report on spare parts consumption to maintain accurate inventory counts, and manage reorders (managing onsite inventory is out of scope).
Handle RMA and warranty defect returns and replenishment.
Support LTSA Service Managers in managing contracts, invoices, change orders, warranty defect notices, and claims.
Oversee purchase requests and purchase orders.
Support LTSA Service Managers in preparing for quarterly LTSA business reviews.
Assist with onboarding processes for LTSA Service Managers.
Prepare monthly reports for clients/owners and present performance metrics and KPIs for both internal and external stakeholders.
Report on LTSA budget vs.
actual variances and track costs such as PO burn rates.
Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience: Degree or diploma in a related field such as Data, Analytics, Finance, Business, or Engineering from a university or college.
Experience working within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
SCADA experience is a plus.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in the renewable energy industry or a service background preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in visual presentation of complex data sets into graphs, charts, etc.
Strong organizational and time management skills; acute awareness and ability to manage deadlines.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (expert), Power Point, and MS Visio.
Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
Demonstrated independent thinking, initiative, and creativity.
Demonstrated professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends) as required.
Valid driver's license, valid insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
Some travel to project sites may be required.
