As an LTSA Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our long-term O&M responsibilities, starting with the Waratah Super Battery. Your role will involve working closely with our customers and field resources to ensure that all planned maintenance and unplanned service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of these services.P&L responsibility for Service Agreements up to $10M+ in valueResponsible for ensuring assigned LTSA agreements are delivered safely, to standards, on time, on budget, and to the customer's satisfactionLead execution of LTSA contracts for battery energy storage projects from project handover to operations to end of the contract, working in close collaboration with relevant functional groups, including Finance, Engineering and Field ServiceManage overall maintenance plans and planned maintenance schedules, budgets, including safety/quality plans throughout the service life cycleOversee project-assigned Authorized Service Providers (ASP) and sub-contractors to ensure quality and schedule are met and to ensure safety guidelines and regular review of ASP contracts and ASP's maintain licenses and training to provide the contracted servicesProactively work with customers, suppliers, partners, sales, and senior management as necessary to ensure LTSA deliverables and contract requirements are metResponsible for budget review, revenue, and cash flow forecasts, and when appropriate proposing mitigation to contain costsResponsible for effective contract management and change control to ensure transparent performance of contract obligationsInterface with customers to determine customer needs, improve communication, and plan outage requirementsIn collaboration with Field Service and Engineering, analyze, identify, and understand product issues that affect the performance of LTSA Contracts. Determine corrective actions for containment and, ultimately, resolution with Engineering and Field ServiceAssist in the development of inventory management programs related to contract requirements, locations, and obligations to fully mitigate the risk inherent in the performance of LTSA contracts with performance obligationsDevelop and issue LTSA documentation including technical reports, outage reports, and customer performance reportsQualificationsDemonstrated 2-5 years' experience in management and leadershipExperience in asset and service management of large-scale BESS/Solar or allied field in a management and operational roleThe ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholdersAbility to understand the fundamentals of a technical maintenance planKnowledge of fundamental asset management principlesAbility to lead financial reviews, commercial performance, audits, and project reviews relating to operationsAbility to update and present business performance KPIs to key stakeholders, including executive management, internal stakeholders, and customers
