Job Summary As a DC Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the fulfilment team. You will inspire the team to deliver efficient workflows, smashing picking and volume KPIs, and ultimately create a world-class experience for our community.
The role is a full-time position, working 5 days/week across Monday - Friday.
The day to day Lead and provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team that ensures their success and professional growth.Manage the allocation of tasks to team members, ensuring that all operational activities are executed efficiently and accurately.Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members, addressing any potential hazards or concerns promptly.Identify opportunities to be 1% better for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to established standards and regulations.Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track, document, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).Assist in training new team members and conduct regular performance evaluations for existing team members.Benefits and perks A vibrant and fun office culture.EAP to support our team's mental wellbeing.Personal Development Investment - start smashing your goals!Great channel of succession and huge pipeline for career development.What we look for The Ideal Team Player: You are Hungry, Humble, and Smart.Experience in leadership and management, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Experience in inventory management software and warehouse management systems.Confident in communicating and interacting with multiple teams across the business.You understand and are passionate about our community, mission, and values.
