Job Summary The CRM Lead is the guru when it comes to campaigns and automations across Email, SMS, Loyalty, and Push. Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager, this role coaches our brand and provides insight on elements of customer behavioral insights, supporting the broader marketing team in driving a data-driven decision-making culture. The day to day: Like all job ads we can't list everything BUT if we had to call out some key responsibilities in the day to day it would be: Own the execution of all CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, and Loyalty) across all LSKD domains. Collaborate with the Merchandise, Product, and broader Marketing teams to maximize forward planning opportunities as outlined by the LSKD Integrated Merch Marketing Calendar (IMMC). Identify campaign and flow AB testing opportunities to lift CVR and CLV. Collaborate with the Community Experience team in managing our Top Tier loyalty member experience, providing an unreasonable community experience (IYKYK). Maximize the learnings obtained from tools to assist in the targeting of high-value community segments. Work with the DMM to ensure the GTM provides our App the maximum opportunity to support our Loyalty program.
What We Look For
The Ideal Team Player: You are Hungry, Humble, and Smart. A passion for health and fitness and interest in fashion and streetwear. 3+ years in a similar CRM/Digital Marketing role. Proven results in developing and executing email campaigns and running loyalty programs. Experience communicating and interacting with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. Passionate and willing to be constantly learning and growing. Adaptable: Thrives in uncertainty and can change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
