The Role:
Support the Head of CRM & Loyalty in implementing and managing the loyalty program across multiple retail brands. This position will handle daily program operations, including creative updates, collateral management, and ensuring the program remains forward-thinking. You'll work closely with the CRM Specialist to develop customer journeys and email campaigns, while also leading initiatives like loyalty rewards, competitions, and other engagement activities. Additionally, this role will focus on optimizing the program and managing ongoing performance reporting.
