The main aspects of the role are –
• Identify opportunities within the existing customers whom are in optimum position to change/upgrade current vehicle.
• Contacting all service customers in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
• Call & appoint customers for an appraisal appointment.
• Support sales team with adding volume sales and finance profit & insurance.
• Maintain a celebrity service level of communication with your customers, always achieving your commitment to call customers when you say you're going to.
• Preparation and organisation is key to ensure you are ready to deliver a celebrity customer experience.
• Work with Sales Manager to identify suitable opportunity vehicles for customers.
