What You'll Do: Become a Loyalty Program Champion: You'll manage the day-to-day operations of our loyalty program, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for our customers. This includes supporting membership, resolving customer inquiries, and keeping program information up-to-date.Fuel Customer Engagement: Develop engaging marketing collateral, including in-store displays, website content, and exciting customer competitions to keep members excited and coming back for more.Data-Driven Optimization: Analyse program performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with the team to implement program updates and optimizations to maximize customer engagement and loyalty.The Power of Collaboration: Partner with the CRM Specialist to design targeted email campaigns and customer journeys.
