We're looking for a passionate and driven Marketer who can lead one of our iconic and well-loved brands. You will play a key role in shaping these brands into the future, with a focus on innovation to continue their sustained strong performance.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Full responsibility for developing and driving the consumer & shopper communication strategy and in-market execution for our brands. Translating consumer insights into new ideas and innovation to deliver growth, from concept through to execution in market, working closely with Sales & Research & Development teams. Leveraging data for action including the development of brand strategies and completing monthly brand reviews identifying issues and opportunities. Full commercial accountability of the local P&L, leading and working with cross-functional teams including other marketers, food technologists, sales, and nutrition. Bring to life the 2026 brand plans including execution across channels. Enhancing and strengthening competitive advantage through claims and execution of key assets (i.e. pack). We're Looking for Someone With
With previous experience as a Brand Manager from within FMCG, you will be excited by the opportunity to work with well-recognized brands. With a strategic & analytical mindset and a proven track record of executing winning brand strategies, you will also have experience in P&L management. Strong experience with innovation is a requirement of this role due to our strong pipeline of ideas and concepts to push forward. You will work cross-functionally to deliver on innovation projects so excellent communication & negotiation skills will see you do well. Along with all of this, someone who is a self-starter, with drive, and a tenacity to succeed; you will work within a team who take their work seriously but themselves – so someone with that same ethos is important!
