The largest bookselling network in Australia, we pride ourselves on providing the best experience for our customers through our extensive range of books, gifts, and stationery.Job DescriptionA new opportunity has opened for a Loyalty Program Specialist to join our Marketing team!As the Loyalty Program Specialist, you will play the central role responsible for the operations of our new Booklover Plus subscription program! This role offers you the opportunity to drive the growth and success of this loyalty program whilst also supporting the broader loyalty operations.Key Responsibilities of this role:Understand the customers and their needs so that we can deliver a program that drives sign ups, increases engagement and grows revenue.Deliver plans, business cases, and implement program enhancements.Run BAU, ensuring smooth operations and a great experience for members.Actively seek new external partners and build relationships to deliver new benefits for members.PlatformsEnsure the continued smooth operation of loyalty and marketing communication platforms. Coordinate with ICT and suppliers to resolve systems issues.Act as business lead, assisting in the operational set-up and maintenance of marketing & loyalty platform enhancements and changes.Maintain the loyalty program technology roadmap, building project business cases and assisting in setting investment prioritisations.Campaign SupportWork in collaboration with the email marketing specialist - input and sign off on member communications.Implement and maintain the operational setup of loyalty marketing campaigns.Assist with email and SMS campaign production on an overflow & holiday coverage basis.Store and Customer SupportWork with stores and the Buying team on fulfillment of Booklover program and benefits.Work with stores and customer service on improvements to Booklover and its platforms in support of sales and operations.Manage onboarding/offboarding in the Booklover staff benefit program.Respond to escalated Booklover customer and store enquiries.Policies and PracticesMaintain and drive improvements in Booklover policies, reporting, fraud management, privacy policy and data practices.ProjectsUndertake special project work and provide general loyalty and marketing support as required.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you will bring:3+ years' experience managing loyalty program products or operations.Strong systems analysis and development knowledge, with a proven track record of delivering process and systems solutions.Understanding of Spam and Privacy compliance.Ability to work well with various stakeholders to get consensus and sign-off.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience in communicating complex technical topics to commercial audiences.Team player with attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Previous experience growing customer-facing loyalty products.When applying for the role please include a cover letter addressing the key responsibilities and skills required.Please also specifically address the following questions:What is your favourite book and why?Why have you applied to this role and what would you bring to the Dymocks Loyalty team?Applications that do not include a cover letter and do not address the specific questions will not be considered.Applications Close 24 November 2024, we do however, reserve the right to close this vacancy early if a suitable candidate is found.
