You'll oversee our loyalty ecommerce platform, driving the creation of the go-to-market strategy and finding new ways to communicate with consumers. Using consumer insights to shape a value-rich experience, you'll inspire brand loyalty and elevate engagement, positioning Asahi as a leader in meaningful consumer connections and sales growth.This includes complete commercial, financial, and operational accountability for the ecommerce platform, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance our product offering, optimize pricing strategies, and elevate the platform's design and user experience. This is an opportunity to think like a start-up within a big enterprise, leading the charge on transforming Asahi's consumer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute direct-to-consumer strategies to engage a large online community.Define innovative strategies for engagement, focusing on value-driven offerings and pricing strategies that encourage enhanced sales and increased engagement.Lead day-to-day platform operations, overseeing pricing, promotions, sales, and consumer offerings, while ensuring stability in site infrastructure and an intuitive user experience.Spearhead a digital refresh of the ecommerce platform, including UX/UI design, working closely with external vendors and other partners to create a visually compelling, user-friendly site.Rethink pricing and profitability strategies, aligning with Asahi's goals to unlock sustainable growth of the business while maintaining profitability.Collaborate with Marketing to develop strategies and promotional content that resonate with our consumer base.Lead a small team, providing mentorship and fostering personal development, and manage cross-functional relationships across the business.About You5+ years of ecommerce experience, ideally in a high-growth environment within a big enterprise or a start-up.Strong knowledge of pricing, consumer sales strategies, and compelling membership offerings, with the ability to balance profitability and customer value.Experience in digital product ownership, including a sound understanding of UX/UI redesigns or platform facelifts.Expertise in consumer marketing and loyalty programs, with the ability to create presentations and strategic decks that clearly communicate business cases and opportunities.Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, and a data-driven approach to optimizing product offerings and site experience.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop team members and cultivate a performance-driven, agile culture.Strong acumen in P&L management, with an understanding of cost-per-case, warehousing, logistics, and other aspects of DTC operations.Proactive, innovative, and adaptable, with a passion for redefining the consumer experience through ecommerce solutions.Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organization with a rich and varied history.
