Loyalty Planner - Grow & Retain

Country Road Group (CRG) is embarking on transformation to position itself for growth, leveraging our scale, capabilities and culture as a House of Brands.
We are investing in new and existing capabilities and have a number of exciting opportunities available.
The role plans, coordinates and executes loyalty tactics under the direction of the Loyalty lead to achieve these outcomes.
That includes specific changes to customer journeys, planning campaigns and store incentives.
The role also must perform analysis with complex customer data, generating insight to spot opportunities and to inform tactics.
Grow member value and protect the active member base by increasing member spend within a brand, preventing churn and reactivating recently inactive (but not dormant) members.
Key Accountabilities Use multiple channels, e.g.
email (partnering with Production), paid media (partnering with Digital Marketing), website/app (partnering with Digital Product), store network, partnerships.
Perform analysis with complex customer data to inform the biggest opportunities and planning of tactics.
E.g.
work with Analytics team to obtain raw data files develop excel models, explore data in excel or Tableau, generate insights.
Work with Data Science team to develop advanced forecasting and predictive models, e.g.
propensity to churn, propensity for X category.
Requires a solid understanding of modelling, ability to communicate business needs and ability to speak in data/analytical terms.
Translate complex data and models into charts, tables, slides that communicate the data and insights for diverse stakeholders across the business.
Report back on the sales/profit impact of loyalty tactics implemented.
Assist with developing and maintaining reporting and models to identify opportunities (e.g.
propensity to churn, propensity for next category), collaborating with Analytics and Data Science Key Capabilities  Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce or marketing.
Senior experience in a related role  e.g.
Loyalty, CRM, Marketing.
Ability to interpret and analyse large, complex data to identify trends and drivers of customer behaviour Up-to-date knowledge of local and international CRM and loyalty program trends Experience developing or using advanced analytical/forecasting/predictive methods related to Loyalty, in conjunction with Analytics and Data Science partners.
Recent success in planning, developing and executing BTL campaigns including email, direct mail and social media Confidence and experience in presenting at forums with complex information, and gaining approvals Proven experience working with external agencies and third parties Experience in managing campaigns through marketing automation software and loyalty engines.
A deep understanding of, and experience in, database and event or trigger-based marketing Why work for CRG?
