Direct Marketing & CRM (Marketing & Communications)About the roleAs the Loyalty & CRM Manager for this Fashion Client, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the customer loyalty and customer relationship management strategies.Based in the Melbourne head office, this full-time position will see you leading the design, execution and optimisation of the Loyalty & CRM initiatives to drive customer retention, engagement and lifetime value.What you'll be doingDevelop and manage the customer loyalty program, including the creation of compelling offers, rewards and VIP engagement activitiesOversee the end-to-end CRM lifecycle, from data collection and segmentation to campaign planning, execution and performance measurementLeverage customer insights and analytics to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive loyaltyLead the creation of personalised, multi-channel marketing campaigns that nurture customer relationships and encourage repeat businessCollaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, digital, and product teams to ensure a cohesive, customer-centric approachMonitor campaign performance and optimise strategies based on data-driven insightsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loyalty and CRMWhat we're looking for3 + years of experience in a Loyalty or CRM-focused role, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industryDemonstrated success in developing and executing customer loyalty programs and CRM strategies that drive measurable business resultsProficient in customer data analysis, segmentation, and campaign optimisationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsStrong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPassion for customer experience and a deep understanding of customer behaviour and expectationsPrevious experience working with Salesforce systemsWhat we offerThis fashion business is committed to providing its employees with a rewarding and enriching work experience.
