Country Road Group (CRG) is embarking on transformation to position itself for growth, leveraging our scale, capabilities and culture as a House of Brands. We are investing in new and existing capabilities and have a number of exciting opportunities available. This role plans, coordinates and executes loyalty tactics under the direction of the Loyalty Lead, across all five CRG brands. These tactics include planning and executing omni channel loyalty activations, optimizing member journeys and analysing and interpreting member data to recommend tactics to grow member value and protect the active member base.
Key Accountabilities Contribute to the development, execution, and analysis of loyalty marketing campaigns, including promotional activity, member journeys and program benefits, across all channels.Analyse loyalty program performance and member data to identify opportunities and make recommendations in line with growing and nurturing our member bases.Support the Loyalty Lead with the development of growth and retention strategies to continue to optimise overall program performance.Manage an experimentation program focusing on member journeys, including the development of new tests, prioritising and implementing them, and reporting on the results.Support in the creation and execution of a best-in-class loyalty program strategy and campaigns.Assist with developing and maintaining reporting and models used to identify opportunities (eg. Program dashboards, propensity to churn), collaborating with the Analytics and Data Science teams.Key Capabilities Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, business or marketing.Experience in a related role, eg. Loyalty, CRM, Marketing.Ability to interpret and analyse data to identify trends and drivers of customer behaviour.Up-to-date knowledge or local and international CRM and Loyalty Program trends.Experience in end-to-end BTL campaign management from ideation to rollout and reporting on performance.Confidence and experience in presenting at forums with complex information and gaining approvals.Experience in managing campaigns through marketing automation software and loyalty engines.Understanding of member databases, personalisation and segmentation.Why work for CRG?
