These tactics include planning and executing omni channel loyalty activations, optimizing member journeys and analysing and interpreting member data to recommend tactics to grow member value and protect the active member base.Key AccountabilitiesContribute to the development, execution, and analysis of loyalty marketing campaigns, including promotional activity, member journeys and program benefits, across all channels.Analyse loyalty program performance and member data to identify opportunities and make recommendations in line with growing and nurturing our member bases.Support the Loyalty Lead with the development of growth and retention strategies to continue to optimise overall program performance.Manage an experimentation program focusing on member journeys, including the development of new tests, prioritising and implementing them, and reporting on the results.Support in the creation and execution of a best-in-class loyalty program strategy and campaigns.Assist with developing and maintaining reporting and models used to identify opportunities (eg. Program dashboards, propensity to churn), collaborating with the Analytics and Data Science teams.Key CapabilitiesRelevant tertiary qualification in commerce, business or marketing.Experience in a related role, eg.
