To succeed in this role, you will need: Min 3 years Hospitality/Guest Services Experience in a busy environment.
Min 1 year supervisor or management experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently Good knowledge of OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements Great personal grooming, presentation, and a confident and pleasant manner Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Maintain high standards of work quality and safety.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and track performance.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
You will share TWGs vision for providing great service on site each day.
