Project Overview: Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.
Job Summary: The Tagging Authority Lead is responsible for managing the Permit to Work (PTW), Energy Isolation Permit (EIP) and work authorization (WA) program during the Construction, Commissioning and Startup phases.
Major Responsibilities: Provide input and support to the Construction, Operations and Commissioning teams.Identify isolation boundaries based on work scope and develop Energy Isolation Permits (EIP).Administer and manage the EIP and WA programs with strict enforcement and record keeping.Monitor work progress and prepare reports.Co-ordinate activities with other disciplines or areas and client representatives.Education and Experience Requirements: 15 years of previous Energy Isolation and Permitting Office experience, 5 of which have been in Commissioning, Maintenance and/or Operations.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Familiar with standard industrial engineering practices and safety requirements.Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings.Strong oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated leadership in a team-based environment.Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.
Additional Information: This position includes exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions. Candidate must be able to use standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
