Loss Prevention Officers (Undercover)

The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for detecting and investigating shoplifting and fraud in retail establishments.
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster.
Other duties include: Apprehend offenders and call police.Strive to prevent theft of and malicious damage to the store's products.Support team members and other security services at all times.Deter theft and report missing assets.Respond to emergency situations.Risk identification and issue resolution.The ability and confidence to work both autonomously and in a team environment.Produce quality reports.Benefits and perks: M.A. Services Group has a very generous remuneration package, well above the industry standard. Skills and experience: Current Security LicenseFirst Aid Certificate highly desirableProven experience in the Loss Prevention and/or Retail industries.Ability to identify patterns and potential behaviors leading to theft.Excellent presentation and grooming standardsA Positive and Proactive ApproachDemonstrated experience in conflict resolutionEvening & weekend availability are essentialStrong written communication skills, including incident report writing.Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a high-paced team environmentHigh Attention to detailPrevious loss prevention and retail experience is highly desirable.Your application will include the following questions:
