You will be responsible for influencing shrinkage reduction by detecting theft and fraud. About the Role: Detect and apprehend/prevent offenders for theft and fraud in accordance with all Myer policies and proceduresManage incident reporting, intelligence reporting and CCTV camera operatingIdentifying and escalating information/allegations requiring further follow up to managementProvide leadership and support to Loss Prevention and shrinkage management tacticsAbout You: Reporting/statement writing skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong team focus with a desire to share knowledgeMust hold a current Security Licence, First-Aid Certification, and Certificate II in Security OperationsTo be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including every second weekend.
