The Loss Prevention Team is looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join the team as a Loss Prevention Covert Officer. You will be responsible for influencing shrinkage reduction by detecting theft and fraud.
About the Role:
Detect and apprehend/prevent offenders for theft and fraud in accordance with all Myer policies and procedures Manage incident reporting, intelligence reporting and CCTV camera operating Identifying and escalating information/allegations requiring further follow up to management Provide leadership and support to Loss Prevention and shrinkage management tactics About You:
Reporting/statement writing skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong team focus with a desire to share knowledge Must hold a current Security Licence, First-Aid Certification, and Certificate II in Security Operations To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including every second weekend.
