We inspire, createcuriosity, and empower women through their beauty and confidence.The Role As the Inventory and Loss Prevention Accountant, youwill possess unparalleled excellence in attention to detail, monitoring andmanaging stock movements, thrive on investigation, and be the key pillar inadvising the business on how best to prevent risk and stronghold assets.This role will have you partnering with all departments of the businessand is responsible for the accuracy of inventory, cost of sales, and lossprevention reporting. If you're ready to combine your passion for product and numbers– apply now xxKey Responsibilities Develop and maintain media relationships, pitching and achievingimpactful results globally.Conduct compliance audits of stores and warehouses.Stocktake co-ordination through cycle counts and full stocktake. Setstocktake schedule in conjunction with Area Managers.Prepare monthly Loss Prevention report and design dashboard.Maintenance of loss prevention administration and reporting.Analyse transactions and communicate shrinkage, theft and fraud trendsand issues.Balance sheet reconciliationsAccrual and provision calculationsMonthly journalsManage monthly Faulty report based on Percentages data for Designteam's review.Investigate and rectify faulty stock variances.Utilise Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems to review incidents ofsuspected theft and fraud and capture footage of such incidents forevidentiary purposes.Daily banking to till reconciliations and prompt follow up onvariances.Your Sweet Spots (About You)Minimum 2 years' finance experience – FMCG, Retail or Wholesaleinventory report (desirable). Qualification in Accounting. Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills – thinkbusiness partnering!
