Looking For Principal Civil Engineer For N. Sydney

Looking for Principal Civil Engineer for N. SydneyADG Engineers is looking for a Director of Civil Engineering. The position is based in their modern North Sydney office, conveniently located opposite the train station and reports to the NSW/ACT Practice Director. ADG Engineers emphasize safety, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring solutions address project challenges effectively. The role is expected to provide a lead technical role across all aspects of civil engineering design for roads, drainage, flooding and hydrology for transport infrastructure and related corridors and precincts.
You are expected to be:
Competent in road geometric design, road drainage design in 12D, thorough knowledge of Austroads, and Rational Method.
Demonstrated design management experience in the technical delivery of transport infrastructure projects.
Experience in multi-disciplinary Civil Design Management.
Certified Civil Engineer with 15 years+ experience working on Transport Infrastructure Projects.
Annual compensation is in line with market rate and can include an equity/profit share if KPIs are met. The position is based in their modern North Sydney office.
