Responsibilities: Designing and implementing landscape plans that align with client preferences and site characteristics. Planting, maintaining, and caring for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants. Installing and maintaining irrigation systems and ensuring proper water distribution to landscapes. Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Collaborating with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns or questions professionally. Requirements: Proven experience as a Professional Landscaper or similar role. In-depth knowledge of landscaping principles, techniques, and best practices. Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing landscapes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in landscaping (cert3) or related field is a plus. Previous experience in landscape design software. Benefits: Competitive compensation package.
