The Office Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the respective offices. As the first point of contact, they are responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience for all employees and guests. They are responsible for assisting with room bookings, general office equipment, supplies, maintenance, and cleanliness of office spaces.
What we are looking for:Oversee the office environment, including building access and office communicationsCoordinate office operations including reception, stationery, mail, couriers, and other administrative proceduresSchedule room bookings as requiredWelcome clients, visitors, and internal employeesMonitor office expenditures within allocated budget and oversee office maintenance including electrical test and tagMaintain office equipment and inventory including kitchen and bathroom suppliesSupport events, meeting, and conferencing needsOnboarding new starters with IT including assigning equipment and seating arrangementsProcess improvement initiativesAd hoc administrative supportWork with management team to ensure safety and wellbeing on siteComplete administration tasks on timeManage clients, suppliers, and support employees in a professional manner at all timesEnsure the office is functional and presentable at all timesWho you are:Relevant qualifications such as Cert IV Business, or equivalent industry experienceMinimum 3 years experience in a similar office environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency with MS Word and MS ExcelStrong sense of discretion and professionalismProficiency in English and Vietnamese language skills.What's in It for You:SCHADS Award with all entitlements.Up to $15,900 salary packaging, plus $2,650 meal and entertainment card benefits.Flexible working arrangements, with partial work from home, allowing work/life balance.Excellent workplace culture with ongoing support, training, and development.Great benefit with Employer-funded Paid Parental Leave (Conditions applied).Wellness being with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Wellness Activities Subsidy.Paid leave day on Vietnamese New Year.How to applyReady to embark on an exciting journey with AVWA?
