They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the team to work across projects up to $50M.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual in a transparent and hardworking team using the latest systems.
You will be able to undertake and deliver the following:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, and Project Manager you will manage all commercial and contractual matters in relation to multiple projects.
Responsible for project forecasting.
Head and subcontractor variations, progress claims and invoicing.
Prepare, negotiate and let subcontract packages.
Liaise with key stake holders such as the client, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare purchase orders, administer RFI's, document control & registers.
Involvement from procurement through to final accounts and project close out.
Attend project meetings with team and stakeholders You will have a relevant tertiary qualification Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Seeking 8-10 years + of Contracts Administration experience, experience on projects ranging from $10 - $50M would be desirable.
