This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining master data in SAP to safely and efficiently execute the maintenance strategies.
This role assists with establishing and monitoring maintenance budgets, developing long-term schedules for plant and equipment, reviewing priorities, performing detailed planning and scheduling of work orders, reviewing work order history and feedback, and updating master data.

This is a Permanent full-time FIFO position EX Perth to our Mt Holland site. Key Responsibilities Active participation in the establishment of a health and safety culture Ensure planned and scheduled work complies with all health and safety, environmental and regulatory policies relating to the operations of plant and equipment Ensure all health, safety and environmental incidents are reported Provide the agreed >12-week maintenance strategies, including scoping of work and spares procurement (identify long lead time components and action) Provide strategy support to reliability for Maintenance Strategy Improvement identified from RCA's Develop spares forecasting strategy/component forecasting Develop and maintain a rolling 5-year zero based budget for review and modification, including budget monthly re-forecasts and Shutdown forecasts and actuals Provide technical mentoring and support for site Planners/Supervisors Update strategies, master data/spares and BOMS Create standard execution packs for major activities/tasks e.g.
screen change outs, belt replacements, major equipment overhauls Preparation of budgets, including personnel, capital justification and the collation of data on a systematic basis for progressive forecasting and future estimating Role Requirements Trade qualifications with proven planning and organising experience Drivers Licence Highly desirable to have at least 5 years' experience working in a Maintenance Planning role Competent with Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP desirable) Competent with Excel Knowledge of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations Experience in developing SAP master data A clear understanding of reliability centred maintenance and preventive maintenance Previous process plant and/or shutdown planning experience in mining environment (preferably in hard rock processing) Knowledge of strategic planning and project management Knowledge of budgeting, capital expenditure management and project planning Knowledge of legislative statutory & regulatory codes Ability to collate relevant data and present in meaningful reports for performance tracking and decision-making support A competitive remuneration package commensurate with the role, candidate experience, skills and qualifications will be offered.
