Execute logistics services across Arrow to meet operational and project objectives whilst complying with industry and legislative standards/obligations.In addition, you will:Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety, and the environment.Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.Support Arrow's operational and project logistics, transport strategy and planning needs.Provide input into and execute the Land Transport Safety Plan and Land Transport Assurance Program.Improve logistics capabilities - as contract holder, liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to optimise the use of Arrow's Logistics and Transport services.Provide advice on Chain of Responsibility compliance and Land Transport standards/obligations, serving as Arrow's subject matter expert for all transport and logistics requirements.Process SAP actions for all logistics related transactions and monitor spend against budget.About YouYou will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:COR (Chain of Responsibility) Level 1 accredited (as a minimum) with an in-depth knowledge and awareness of the Chain of Responsibility Legislation and compliance requirements.Experience supervising logistics, transport or distribution operations and compliance activities.Demonstrable experience supervising projects to improve logistics, transport, or distribution operations.Strong knowledge and awareness of the Transport and Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation.In-depth knowledge and awareness of compliance and risks related to Load Restraint and Light and Heavy Vehicle Operations in a field-based environment.If you're excited about this role however don't meet all the criteria, we would still love to hear from you anyway.
