Following the decision by the Australian Government to acquire UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia  has established a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the initial procurement and ongoing sustainment activities.
The modern-day, 3rd Generation UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter is the world's leading multi-role battlefield and special operations helicopter with a proven legacy of exceptional capability and reliability.

Your responsibilities will include: As a Logistics Trainee, you will undertake and complete training with a view of achieving your formal qualification in this industry.
As part of your qualification, you will become proficient in the following warehouse activities.
Providing warehousing and distribution support, perform general administration and adhoc duties to meet daily operational needs.
Providing support to managers and other staff members as required, in line with established work procedures and guidelines.
Responding appropriately to requests for information and assistance.
Competently using computers and other systems to access, maintain, and manipulate data.
Participating in and having input into business improvement initiatives.

You will have excellent attention to detail and thrive in an up-tempo environment where teamwork is essential.
To be successful in this role the skills and abilities we look for include (but are not limited to) the following: Passion for Defence and aviation Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn  An ability to meet and maintain a Australian Security Clearance Sound literacy and problem solving skills In your cover letter please clearly state your motivations for undertaking a traineeship.
