Logistics Team Member

Centor is seeking a full time Logistics Team Member to join our operations based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane.

Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will be involved in the day-to-day activities within our Brisbane warehouse. 
Hours of work This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 38 hours a week.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain a safe work environmentPicking, checking and packing of orders in a timely mannerReceiving, checking and putting away of incoming goodsOrganising transport and dispatch of goodsBasic data entryConduct physical stocktakesManual handling duties - lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching.Use manual handling equipment such as pallet jack and trolleysGeneral warehouse upkeep – removing waste, sweeping and cleaning dutiesThe successful candidate will possess:  A "Safety First" attitude and conductFit and healthyProven stock handling experienceA valid forklift and driver's licence is preferredAn active, respectful and reliable approach to workAn ability to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions and procedures.A proven ability to work effectively within a team environmentGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstaclesThe right to live and work in Australia in order to apply for this roleIf you enjoy a challenge, are customer focused and enjoy being part of a successful team, please apply by sending your resume and a covering letter.
