About our Opportunity As a Logistics Support Coordinator and valued team member of our Trend Bayswater branch, you will ensure operational issues impacting deliveries or service are communicated appropriately to our customers.
This role is also responsible for ensuring that our product is ready for delivery or pick up as planned by scheduling the delivery runs for transport and organising packing lists. This is a fast-paced environment which will allow you to showcase your planning, organisation, customer service and administration skills. In addition, you'll: work closely with operations and supply chain staff ensuring product is marked off and located appropriately daily review of deliveries and services and identify gaps and communicate review previous days deliveries to ensure all are invoiced and identify any issues participate in daily production meetings prepare DIFOT report About You We're looking for an agile team player who has the desire to contribute to a positive work environment.
Your methodical and flexible approach combined with your excellent customer service and problem solving skills will be key in ensuring your success in this role, while your previous experience in a similar role within transport or service related roles will help you to hit the ground running.
