If you're looking for an opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, this role offers the perfect platform for your career growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and perform activities such as Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).Conduct investigations, collect data, and perform detailed analyses to enhance equipment and system reliability and supportability.Manage and conduct risk assessments on equipment and systems, ensuring all recommendations are evidence-based.Provide day-to-day management of assigned staff, fostering collaboration and driving high performance within the team.Contribute to project infrastructure, including tools deployment, metrics collection, and process development, to streamline operations.Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations, meeting the needs of both customers and end-users.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREDDiploma, formal trade qualification, or technical certificate in engineering or a related field.Demonstrated experience in the development of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products, including:Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)Support & Test Equipment (S&TE) DevelopmentReliability, Availability, Maintainability & Testability (RAM-T)Proven ability to lead teams of specialty analysts, delivering results in complex project environments.Strong experience in conducting technical reviews and delivering high-quality reports.Familiarity with ship operating and sustainment systems is highly desirable.A current Defence Security Clearance is required.ABOUT KINEXUSKinexus has been providing recruitment solutions to the Defence and Aerospace sectors for over 23 years.
