NES Fircroft has partnered with a global technology company. They are looking to expand their team and bring on a Logistics Specialist on a 6 month contract with a high possibility of extension! Location: Moorebank Duties and responsibilities: Following established procedures and guidelines for receiving, handling, storing, recording, and dispatching goods in the warehouse. Releasing Picklist for Spare parts, Project Sales orders, and issuing them to the Warehouse for picking and packing. Obtaining multiple quotes for export while maintaining cost plans in projects. Ensuring dispatching is carried out in accordance with incoterms and is safe, timely, and efficient. Regularly monitoring and coordinating with carriers for timely pick-up and on-time delivery to customers. Participating in regular inventory control processes. Utilizing SAP for conducting supply chain management and having knowledge of procurement, MRP, stock, and inventory Experience required: SAP knowledge or experience with procurement and MRP modules of ERP systems. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Experience in supply chain and logistics execution. Intermediate/strong proficiency in SAP. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
