About the roleWe're on the lookout for an analytical and forward-thinking Logistics Specialist to join our energetic Supply team at Reckitt.
You'll be the brains behind the seamless delivery of our products, ensuring they reach our customers quickly and efficiently.

Your responsibilitiesDrive and optimise Load Planning and Scheduling with precision and efficiency.Lead and manage the Freight Out OTM System with full ownership and accountability.Analyse logistics data and performance, using insights to improve operations within your region.Foster strong relationships with partners and carriers to ensure our products move smoothly and swiftly.Keep a vigilant eye on costs and service levels, identifying smart areas for improvement.Roll up your sleeves and dive into logistics projects, excited to fine-tune the gears of our supply chain.Regularly evaluate our logistics processes, always seeking ways to be better, faster, and smarter.The experience we're looking forProven experience (2+ years) working within supply chain operations team, managing 3PL performance, with knowledge of the Australian industry and WHS ideally in FMCG, Food and Beverage, Pharma manufacturing, transportation or customer service area.A knack for numbers and data analysis, with proficiency in tools that turn data into dialogue.Excellent communication – you interact with ease, whether with tech teams or transporters.A detail-devoted, organised approach, juggling tasks with the precision of a seasoned pro.Relationship management savvy – because you know a smooth supply chain is built on strong partnerships.Knowledge of Australia and New Zealand codes for Transportation of Dangerous Goods and Chain of Responsibility.The skills for successSupply Chain Management, Relationship Management, Business Acumen, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Improve business processes, Distribution Logistics, Logistics Management, Management Third-party Logistics Providers, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Management, Procurement.
