The global business services organization within Novocure Poland is critical to Novocure's efforts to drive process efficiency, standardizations and drive greater business value as the company prepares for future growth.
To support our team in Krakow, Poland we are looking for a: Logistics/Customer Service Coordinator EMEAThis position is part of the EMEA Operations team.
In this role, you are responsible for order placement and follow-up, ensuring a smooth order process including timely delivery and pickups to/from patients, and that orders and related material movements are correctly reflected in our ERP system.
You will work closely with our internal and external warehouse teams, transportation partners, and internal customers such as Device Support Specialists, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed efficiently and professionally.
The position is at 100%, is based in the Kraków Office, in Poland, and reports to the Supervisor Customer Service EMEA.
Your responsibilities: Process customer orders, returns, and return exchanges accurately within the EMEA region (outbound and inbound), including selection of appropriate service levels and troubleshooting.Track and follow-up on order statuses, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the Swiss operation center and our 3PL partners, Device Support Specialists, and transport carriers to address and solve delivery issues.Respond promptly to internal customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing accurate product or service information.Collect and identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.Ensure activities comply with the applicable Novocure Quality System requirements, including GDPR.Your profile: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.1-2 years working experience in customer service or logistics coordination.Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) is a must.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet challenging deadlines.Service oriented.Experience in SAP and CRM or equivalent ERP systems is a plus.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.Experience in Medical Device or Pharma is a plus.Additional European language proficiency is highly desirable.Financial:
