About the role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager this role will see you safely and efficiently supervise the day-to-day planning of GrainCorp Foods and Oilseeds within budgeted costs, legislative compliance and food safety and quality standards.
 
Responsibilities of this role include; 
 
Demonstrated commitment to Saftey, Health and Environment Customer Service. Team building and leadership.  Reporting on logistics performance measures.  Coordinating multiple providers across multiple sites.  Driving efficiency.  Working to deadlines, time management and prioritization of workloads.  Knowledge & understanding of internal/external customer needs, requirements and priorities. Our successful candidate will come to us with previous logistics and transport experience in a multi-site environment. Other key skills and experience we are looking for is;
 
Computer literacy with intermediate knowledge in Microsoft applications.  Self-motivated and can work autonomously as well as part of the team.  High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.  Successful track record in managing customer/supplier relationships.  Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.  Strong time management skills, able to prioritise, meet deadlines whilst working under pressure.  Ready to apply? / How do you apply?
