Logistics & Operations Manager

Pearsons Florist is looking for an experienced Logistics & Operations Manager to join our team based in Stanmore. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will manage all aspects of our delivery operations, working alongside our customer service and floral production teams.
About The Role  Work closely with our team of florists to ensure floral production and floral delivery work cohesively and successfully.Utilise our custom-built platform to validate delivery addresses.Build efficient delivery runs based on customer order details.Align orders and floral gifts, ensuring we are meeting customer requirementsManage, oversee and support all delivery drivers, monitoring their progress throughout their runs.Track drivers' performance in real-time, ensuring adherence to schedule and time priorities.Manage our fleet of delivery drivers.5.30am – 3pm, Monday – Saturday. About You Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Working across customer service and floral production teams, communicating effectively.Strong attention to detail, process orientated, calm under pressure. Knowledge of Sydney suburbs. About Us We are a third generation, family owned and operated florist. We have a retail store, Design Centre in Sydney & Melbourne, and a School of Floristry. Established in 1969, we have over 55 years of experience within the floristry industry.
