About the Logistics Officer – Living Well As a Logistics Officer within the CRCS Living Well Program, the incumbent has an important dual role of ensuring high-level coordination of rosters for care workers and scheduling of transport services for older people.
You will have a keen eye for detail, be customer focused, highly organised, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and able to negotiate and manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will have a solid knowledge of HR, able to interpret industrial instruments, understand and manage work health and safety requirements as well as a solid knowledge of person centred practice to support the choices and preferences of individuals in the provision of their care and support.
This is a part-time (15.2 hours per week) ongoing position based at Trevor Pearcy House, Bruce ACT or other sites as required for the role. Key Responsibilities:Rostering Care Workers to undertake care and support for participants utilising the TurnPoint software systemScheduling transport services for participants utilising the TRIPS software systemSupporting payroll processes from rosters for care workersSupporting participants to access CRCS ServicesCompleting all administrative requirementsPreparing information for reporting requirementsSelection Criteria for the role:Essential: Qualification in Human Resources, or Aged Care or equivalent qualification or willingness to obtainAbility to speak another language in addition to English is highly desirableA basic knowledge of HR and ability to interpret industrial instruments would be advantageousPrevious rostering experience would be highly desirableCRCS employees must hold a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration and have this with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.CRCS employees are required to undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment.
