Logistics Officer - Brisbane

An excellent opportunity exists for a suitable individual to join the Rex Airlines Logistics team as a full-time Logistics Officer, based in Brisbane.
This position is responsible for the effective and efficient execution of the Company's aircraft stores procedures and providing general support.
This is an entry-level role and would best suit an individual looking to start their career in Aviation Logistics.
Position Responsibilities: Receipt, issue, storage, and dispatch of aircraft parts, tools, and non-aircraft items. Work on a shift roster and on standby if and when required. Ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency is maintained. Duties as further detailed in the Rex Group Logistics Manual. Run stores compliantly to CASA Regulations. Maintain the cleanliness and security of the store. Carry out stock takes as required. Carry out other tasks as may be specified by their supervisor as appropriate. Selection Criteria: Knowledge of aircraft components would be an advantage. Current driver's license is essential. Preferably manual. Must be able to obtain an ASIC card, Air Side Drivers license, Dangerous Goods License, and Forklift License. Able to work well in a team environment.
