Champ Resources partners with clients to provide Workforce Management solutions by matching the right candidate with the right opportunity.About the role• 12 Month Contract with the possibility for extension• Competitive rate• 10 on 4 off roster - 10hr days• Travel during work time• Camp Accommodation and meals provided while on rosterKey ResponsibilitiesReceipt deliveriesUnload trucks, handling of equipment/materials and storage in warehouse/laydown yardsRead and interpret picking slips/material lists/drawings and collate materials and deliver to different areas.Use of truck and diesel pod to refuel generators and equipmentManage equipment and machinery to ensure it is well maintained. Ie prestart checks, flagged maintenanceSetup laydown areas and manage storage controlABOUT YOUAre you physically fit and available to work a 10/4 roster?Do you hold a LF Forklift and/or LR/MR/HR Licence?Do you have warehousing/laydown experience? If yes, this will be the perfect opportunity for you! As an experienced Logistic/materials officer you will need to meet the following criteria:Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicleQLD construction inductionLF forklift licenceWarehousing/laydown experienceAbility to pass a pre-employment and drug and alcohol screeningAbility to start in 2 - 4 weeks and to work remotelyYou must be physically fit to perform demanding work including heavy manual handling, working in hot and humid conditions.Strong commitment to safe working proceduresExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyDesirable requirements• LR/MR/HR licenceTo be considered for these positions you must provide a current resume outlining your experience and willingness to work in similar positions.
