Our client is an international EPC contractor in renewable energy with experience in delivering successful projects in the Australian market.
About the role
The Site Logistics Manager will take the lead in planning, coordination, and managing all construction logistics including import/export of equipment, inland transportation, plant & tools, construction activities, deliveries & manufacturing. The Logistics Manager will play a critical role in the successful delivery of the project and will be required to work from site for the duration of the project.
Duties Managing all logistics associated with the site activities Work with Senior Management to improve logistics planning and timings Highlight cost-saving opportunities within the project Assist with import/export activities Visibly show and ensure compliance with the quality, environment, health, and safety requirements of the projects Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders Skills and Experience 2+ years' experience as a Logistics Manager in Australia Experience working in regional areas with local delivery and contracting partners Experience in infrastructure projects (Wind or Solar preferable) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Attractive package Opportunity to work FIFO OR DIDO (be home every night) International EPC Contractor in renewables Large scale BESS How to Apply
