The Role Provide authentic leadership to the logistics team, building their capability and fostering opportunities for growth. Lead a safe logistics operation, promoting a culture that is focused on safety-first and supports employee wellbeing. Ensure budget-aligned excellence in customer service through effective coordination of transport and warehousing activities. Collaborate across the supply chain to enhance the end-to-end efficiency. Create a long-term distribution strategy focused on transport and depot consolidation, delivering savings through capital investment and sound leasing strategies. Skills & Experience Degree or diploma qualification in relevant discipline. Excellent knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations within the FMCG context. Proven experience running continuous improvement programs, ideally within a Supply Chain environment. Demonstrated track record of leading Logistics or Supply Chain teams and driving performance improvement. Experience in managing internal fleets and third-party logistics providers.
